Single chip solution for supporting USI spec. V1.0 and projected capacitive touch sensor up to 14” for Windows 10, Windows 11 and ChromeOS.

SiS9813, a superior touch panel microprocessor family with Universal Stylus Initiative (USI) Specification revision 1.0 supported and integrated with a 32bit RISC processor, a 12bits Analog-to-Digital converter (ADC) with better resolution and higher sampling rate as well as providing High driving voltage for projected capacitive touch applications from up to 14", which meets Windows10, Windows11, and Google ChromeOS certification.

SiS9813 can automatically adjust and compensate the sensing methodology to ensure the good finger touch and stylus quality, sensitivity and response-time under various changing humidity, temperature and other environmental factors.
