In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in SiS Product Image, Trademark and Logo License Agreement, you agree to comply with the following terms while using any SiS images:
1. SiS Images must be used as the pictures as provided herein without any changes, including but not limited to changes in the color, proportion, or design, or to remo any words, artwork, or trademark symbols of such SiS Images.
2. SiS Images must be used in the standing-alone manner and may not be combined with any other object, including but not limited to other logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols.
3. SiS Images must not be incorporated or used in any manner as part of, or in close proximity to other company's name, domain name, product or service name, logo, trade dress, design, slogan, or trademarks, to avoid consumers from being mislead by such use that SiS endorses to such other company’s products/services or SiS is the original of such other company’s products/services.
When downloading the pictures of SiS Images, you agree to the above conditions.
