March 8, 2001, Taipei, Taiwan - Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS), a leading supplier of core logic and graphics products, announces today that it has signed a licensing agreement with Intel Corporation to allow SiS to sell chipset products that are compatible with Intel's Pentium 4 processor bus. Specific details of the agreement are confidential.
