Taipei, April16, 2003 --- Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS), a leading supplier of core logic and graphics chipsets, announced today that they have extended their long term chipset license agreement with Intel Corporation. Following this extension, Silicon Integrated Systems has certain rights to produce chipsets that are compatible with Intel Pentium 4® microprocessors operating at an 800MHz system bus speed when those processors are formally released.
