~ SiS Demonstrates New Products Supporting AMD and Intel® Platform with Wireless Network Solutions ~

Taipei, Taiwan, September 22, 2003 - Silicon Integrated Systems Corp. (SiS), a leading supplier of core logic chipsets, today announces its series of new products in Computex 2003. There will be live demos of AMD solutions, including the latest chipsets on the Athlon 64 platform--SiS755 and SiS760, as well as SiS741on the Athlon™ XP platform--. In addition, two performance-level products on the Intel platform, including the dual-channel chipset, SiS655FX and integrated chipset, SiS661FX are expected to catch attention as well. In addition, SiS162, the first wireless LAN product that supports USB 2.0 Interface, will make its debut at the exhibition.

The SiS products will be demonstrated at the G12 Conference Center located on the 4th Floor of Taipei World Trade Exhibition Center. Products from major motherboard manufacturers will be displayed for visitors for the first time. In Computex 2003, major motherboard manufacturers including ASUS, ECS, Gigabyte and MSI, are going to display over 30 products designed with SiS chipsets, which include SiSM661FX/661FX, SiS648FX, SiS655FX, SiS755/760 and SiS741.
