The implementation of the SiS662/966L chipsets in Abit's newly-released SG-95 motherboard demonstrates SiS's insistence on providing innovative technology.

Abit SG-95 motherboard, embedded with the SiS662/966L chipsets, is designed for Intel FSB 800 MHz processor and supports Pentium® D /Pentium® 4 /Celeron® / Celeron® D CPUs, and single channel DDR2-667 memory up to 2GB. With advanced Mirage^TM 1 graphics engine, SiS662 Northbridge chipset not only fulfills customers’ needs for high-quality image, but also delivers perfect multimedia performance. Also, Abit SG-95 motherboard integrates one expansion slot of  PCI Express x16 enabling users to enjoy the high-end 3D effects and furthermore to upgrade the operating system.

With the SiS966L Southbridge chipset, Abit SG-95 motherboard fully supports PCI Express x1 interface which hugely accelerates the multimedia transmission. Two independent Serial ATA connectors enable 150MB/s data transmission. Besides, by supporting RAID 0/1/JBOD, SG-95 motherboard characterizes reliability and advanced performance. Moreover, it supports high-definition 8-channel audio enabling better surround sound audio.
