SiS3927

The SiS3927 is a Top port digital MEMS microphone designed in a SMD compliant package of 4.00mm x 3.00mm x 1.00mm. Composed of a reliable and high performance MEMS acoustic sensor, and an ASIC with analog-to-digital converter and PDM modulator integrated, it offers great acoustic performance with 65dB Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), a flat wideband frequency response, and -26dBFS sensitivity. In addition, SiS3927 supports multi-operational modes, called normal mode and low power mode selected by clock frequency, suitable for applications demanding different power states vs performance levels.

The digital output interface supports the pulse density modulated (PDM) output for two digital MEMS microphone to be time-multiplexed on a shared bus of single data line using a single clock. In addition, SiS3927 operates from 1.65v to 3.6v and consumes power less than 650uA during low power mode.
