SiS received HYCON equity and increased its capital by issuing 27,755,080 ordinary shares which are expected to be listed on January 1, 2025

HYCON held a special shareholder meeting on October 9, 2024, approved the resolutions to pass shares exchange with SiS, SiS to issue new shares as a currency in exchange for 100% HYCON shares.
